Promo Mechanics:

• The Referral Program is open to existing investors of OMLp2p.
• The Referral Program will run from March 1, 2022 to March 31, 2022.
• Existing client, identified as referrer, may earn up to Rs. 500 per referral*, no upper cap.
• Referred lender will be counted for incentive under Referral program, once they invest Rs. 50,000 by March 31, 2022.
• Referral must invest in listed loans available on OMLp2p.

Lender Referral program T&C's:

• The referral program is meant for the references you provide in your friends, family or known people.
• OMLp2p team can ask the details of your Referred Lenders at any point of time to validate your earnings from Referral program.
• OMLp2p retains all the rights to cancel or modify this Referral Program with or without any prior notice.
• The referred lender should not be an existing customer of the OMlp2p platform.
• Upon any dispute on the rewards scheme between OMLP2P and the referral program participant, after investigation, OMLP2P has the final decision on whether the participant qualifies for the incentive.
• Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection, with or as a result of the referral program, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts at Mumbai.
• By the act of participating in the, the participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally accepted the terms and conditions of the referral program and further agree to be bound by the terms and conditions with modifications made if any from time to time.
• This scheme is not available to OMLP2P Channel Partners / Agents / DSA employees & their relatives.
